Visit the Sturgis Brown High School Machining Classroom located in the Sturgis Economic Development Corporation Incubator Building.
Mr. Miller will share how he set up his classroom to teach students industry-based expectations. He will also discuss how he works with local business partners to insure his curriculum is current and relevant.

From Rapid City. Take I-90 West. Take Exit 30. Turn left. onto Lazelle/Hwy 34. Turn Right onto Whitewood Service Road (Hersruds will be on the right). Industry Road will be a left turn.
I have worked in the manufacturing sector for 30 years. Understanding the need for skilled employees in the area I am applying myself to the solution and will be a CTE teacher this fall for the machining and welding program in Sturgis Brown High School.
