During the tour of the Diesel Technology program, you will connect to various pieces of equipment using scan tools to identify any active or historical diagnostic codes and attempt to clear those codes. Time permitting, we will verify fault correction on our chassis dynamometer.

Dave Lingle

Program Co-Director, Diesel Technology, Western Dakota Tech
Dave Lingle has been a diesel technician since 1979 and has worked for John Deere, Cummins, and Federal Service. He studied at USD/Springfield and is ASE certified. Dave has been a part-time instructor since 1989 and has been teaching at Western Dakota Tech since January 2018.
